Mowing, feeding, aeration and bed care from one crew on one schedule. Everything turf needs to stay thick and green, from the first spring cut to the last fall mow.
Start with weekly mowing and add the rest as the lawn needs it. Every service is planned around the same visit calendar, so you deal with one crew and one invoice.
Healthy turf is mostly timing. Feed too early and you grow leaves instead of roots; seed at the wrong time and crabgrass wins the race. A full program lines every service up with what the lawn is actually doing.
Here is roughly how a season runs in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. We adjust each step to the weather, not the calendar.
Early spring
Cleanup, first mow, pre-emergent crabgrass control
Late spring
Weekly mowing, second feeding, bed edging and mulch
Most new lawns are on the schedule within two weeks of the first call.

Walkthrough
We look at turf density, weeds, soil, shade and drainage, and ask how you use the yard.
ii.
Written plan
A season plan with the services we recommend, when they happen and what each costs.
iii.
First visit
You get a regular service day, and the same crew comes back every time.
iv.
Season check-ins
We flag problems early and adjust the plan as the lawn responds.
Lawn care questions.
Do I have to sign up for every service?
No. Plenty of clients only want mowing. We’ll recommend what the lawn needs, but you choose what goes on the schedule and can add services at any point in the season.
Can you take over a lawn mid-season?
Yes. We’ll start with a walkthrough, bring an overgrown or neglected lawn back in stages, and slot it into the right point of the program from there.
Will you water my lawn?
We don’t provide watering, but we’ll tell you exactly how much and how often the lawn needs it, especially after seeding and during dry spells.
How do you bill for a full program?
Either per visit or as an even monthly payment across the season. The monthly option is popular because it makes the cost predictable.
