How quickly can you start?

It depends on the season and the contractor’s schedule. Spring and the first snowfall are the busiest times, so earlier requests usually get earlier start dates.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Usually not. Residential service is typically season to season, while commercial agreements are often annual. The contractor will put the terms in writing before work starts.

How is pricing determined?

By the size of the property, how often the crew visits and what’s included. Ask for a written quote with a clear per-visit or seasonal price before any work starts.

Do you work with commercial properties and HOAs?

Yes. Office and retail sites, multi-family properties and homeowner associations are all common, with one point of contact for the whole site.

Do you offer snow removal?

Yes. From November through March that means plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks and entries, and treating for ice. Seasonal snow agreements fill up in the fall, so it’s best to ask before the first storm.

Do I need to be home on service day?

Usually not. As long as the crew can get to the lawn (gates unlocked, pets inside), most contractors will take care of it and let you know when they’re done.

What happens when it rains?

Service usually moves to the next workable day. Cutting wet grass tears the blades and ruts the soil, so a short delay is better for the lawn.
